How to use a template without assigning to a task

Operations templates don't need to be assigned to tasks every single time. You can always start a checklist right from the template. Let's see how.

From the Operations Templates dashboard, head to 'My Templates'. This is your library of custom and saved templates. Hover over the template that you need to reveal the 'Start' button. Click on this to start the checklist right away. 

Remember that a template needs to be in your library prior to starting or assigning it. You can't directly start a public template - it needs to be saved to your library first. Learn how to add a checklist template to your library.
