How do teams communicate in Xenia?

Xenia’s Messaging module lets users send messages to team members. This lets them collaborate on tasks and troubleshoot problems in real time without having to change tabs or use multiple platforms to meet targets.

Each new message sends the recipient a notification. Here are some use cases where this helps speed up work:

• Check-in with your team members to make sure they have everything they need for their day-to-day tasks. 
• Ask teams for help when troubleshooting problems as they pop up.
• Verify the location of an item if a user forgot to put it back or update its location in the system. 
• Ask for available members in a team before assigning them a task. 

To get started on the desktop app, head to Chats from the sidebar. Click on the new message icon. This will allow you to choose your recipient, write your message, and send it their way.

How can I send messages on the mobile app?

Head to 'Chats' from the bottom menu and click on the New Message icon on the top right. Select the person you'd like to reach out to. Type your message and send it their way.
