1. What the Home Screen Shows
When you first log in, Xenia takes you directly to your home screen. What you see depends on how your admin has configured your role — but for most frontline employees and store managers, you'll land on the Location Pulse view.
The Location Pulse home screen shows you everything happening at your location today:
Tasks due today: A list of your assigned tasks with their names, due times, and current status. This is your daily assignment board — everything you need to do today, in one place. Tasks appear automatically at their configured start time; you don't need to go looking for them.
Completion progress: A progress indicator showing how many of today's tasks are done vs. still pending. "0 of 3 tasks completed" is what you might see at the start of a shift.
Overdue items: Any tasks that have passed their due time and haven't been submitted yet are flagged visibly — you'll see them highlighted at the top.
Recent photos and submissions: Depending on your configuration, you may also see a feed of recently submitted photos from the location — useful for managers doing a quick visual check.
2. If You See a Different View
Not all users land on Location Pulse. If your admin configured a custom dashboard for your role, you'll see that instead — charts, completion rates, or task summaries configured specifically for your position. This is normal and expected.
If the screen looks completely empty and you can't find any tasks:
- You may not have any tasks assigned yet — contact your admin
- Your location membership may not be set up — contact your admin
- Check the Work tab at the bottom of the screen for a full task list
