Downloading the Xenia App & Logging In

This article explains the process of downloading the Xenia App and configuring logging settings to establish a connection and manage your device preferences.

1. Downloading the App

Xenia is available on both iOS and Android.

iOS (iPhone/iPad):

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Search for Xenia
  3. Look for the purple smiley face icon
  4. Tap GetInstall

Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Search for Xenia
  3. Look for the purple smiley face icon
  4. Tap Install

You can also scan the QR code found in your Xenia invitation email or in your organization's implementation guide — it takes you directly to the correct app store listing. 

2. Logging In

After installing, open the app.

If you received an invitation email:

  1. Open the invitation email sent to you by your admin
  2. Click the Accept Invitation link
  3. Create your password
  4. Return to the Xenia app and log in with your email and new password

If your workspace uses a shared account (store tablet): Your admin will provide you with a login email and password for the shared store account. Enter those credentials directly on the login screen.

If you've forgotten your password: Tap Forgot Password on the login screen. A reset link is sent to your email address. If you're using a shared store account, ask your manager to reset the password.

Logging into the right workspace: If your organization has multiple workspaces, you may be asked to select the correct workspace after logging in. Choose the one that matches your organization's name.

Staying Logged In

Once logged in, you stay logged in. You don't need to re-enter your credentials every shift. If the app asks you to log in again, your session may have expired or the app was updated — just enter your credentials again.
