Conditional Visibility in Xenia allows you to createĀ one master checklist templateĀ and automatically show or hide checklistĀ sections or stepsĀ based on:

  • The selected Location for the submission
  • SelectedĀ responsesĀ inside the submission

This feature ensures that teams across multiple locations seeĀ only what applies to them, preventing overlap, confusion, or incorrect inputs.

Here's the step by step guide below to configure Conditional Visibility:Ā 

1ļøāƒ£ Create or Open a Template

  1. Go toĀ Templates
  2. SelectĀ Create New TemplateĀ or open an existing one
  3. Add theĀ sectionsĀ you want to customize

2ļøāƒ£ Configure Conditional Visibility (Location-based)

To show a section only for specific locations:

  1. Click theĀ option ā€œset visibilityā€ on the top right of a section.
  2. SelectĀ Conditional Visibility
  3. ChooseĀ Location
  4. Check the locations where this section should appear
  5. Save

āœ” Staff at those locations will now see only the relevant sections.

Tip:Ā You have the flexibility to apply conditional visibility to individual sections as well as to each specific step within a section.
