Logging into Xenia on a Mobile or Tablet Device

• After you've downloaded the Xenia App onto your Mobile or Tablet Device you can log into Xenia by following along with the video guides below.
  • If you were invited by your Company Administrator via Phone Number, login using the Phone Number method with an SMS-based one-time passcode.
  • If you were invited by your Company Administrator via Email, login using the Email and Password method.

Mobile/Tablet Device

• Login via Phone Number / One Time Passcode (OTP)

Tablet-based Kiosk Mode

• Users can also login to a shared tablet via our Kiosk Mode feature with a Pin Code
• Login via Pin Code
