Overview
- Xenia's Site Designation, Location Visibility, and Location Hierarchy features allows you to organize your workspace to mirror your business structure, enabling streamlined user access management and efficient bulk work assignment through features like Xenia Projects.
- Site designation is required for all organizations to ensure proper reporting capabilities and accurate work deployment across your locations.
When to Use Location Hierarchy
Organizations with 20+ Locations
Location Hierarchy is highly recommended to organize your workspace by region, district, or concept. This enables:
- Streamlined user access management
- Bulk work assignment through Xenia Projects
- Performance comparison across similar locations
- Customized forms for different concept types
Organizations with Fewer than 20 Locations
Location Hierarchy is typically not necessary for organizations of this size and is optional.
Required: Site Designation Setup
What Are Sites?
- Sites represent locations where actual work is performed.
They enhance Xenia's reporting capabilities and ensure users only select relevant locations when deploying checklists and tasks. - Site Hierarchy StructureSites are typically designated at the bottom level of your Location Hierarchy.
- For organizations with fewer than 20 locations, just designate a single location level for your "Sites". You can name this level "Location", "Store", "Restaurant", "Site".
