Optimize Your Workflow with New Task and Template Features
Dear Valued Users,
We are thrilled to announce the rollout of enhancements to Task Management and Operations Templates on Xenia. These new features are designed to streamline your workflow and provide greater flexibility in how you manage tasks and review operational checklists.
Saved Filter Views
Customizable Views for Diverse Needs:Create and save multiple views with unique filters, enabling quick transitions between data sets without having to reset filters each time.
Example:Regional managers can now set up dedicated views for each location, allowing for seamless preparation before meetings with store managers.
Consolidated Visual Gallery:Easily access all photos from submissions within Operations Templates, filterable by template, location, or date, to efficiently oversee compliance and execution.
Example:Quickly review submission photos across multiple projects in one place to ensure consistency and quality across locations.
Streamlined Task Categorization:The new mobile summary page categorizes tasks into due now, overdue, and upcoming, simplifying task prioritization and management.
New List View for Tasks
Improved Task Viewing Options:The introduction of a list view for tasks offers a structured way to navigate and manage tasks, enhancing user experience and efficiency.
Seamless Transition from Approval to Action:Approved work requests now reside within the "Work Orders" page under Work Requests, making it easier to track and action these tasks without the confusion of navigating away from the context.
These new features are now available to help you better manage your tasks and operations templates more effectively. We encourage you to explore these enhancements and see how they can streamline your daily operations.
Thank you for continuing to trust Xenia with your operational needs. We look forward to your feedback and are excited to see how these new features will enhance your operational success.
