How to Request Account and Data Deletion (Xenia App)

To request the deletion of your Xenia account and associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to support@xenia.team.

  2. Include Your Details: In your email, provide the following information:

    • Your Name
    • Your Email Address
    • Your Workspace Name
    • Specify whether you want your individual user account or the entire workspace deleted.
  3. Confirmation Process: The Xenia Support Team will reach out to the Account Owner for confirmation before proceeding with the deletion.

Types of Data Affected

Upon completion of your deletion request, Xenia Platform Inc. will process the following data based on your request:

  • Deleted: All task data, submissions, location details, asset information, and user login data.
  • Retention: Data that is subject to statutory retention periods or other legal obligations will be retained as required.

Retention Period

According to Xenia's Privacy Policy, your personal data will be stored only for as long as necessary for the intended purpose or to fulfill legal obligations. All data will be deleted within one month after the purpose for which it was collected no longer applies.
