Previously, a user required admin privileges to assign tasks to any user or location, a level of access many organizations found too permissive. For a "Daily Opening Checklist," where one restaurant lacks a drive-thru, the null scoring feature allows for accurate representation of operational compliance by adjusting the total score, ensuring the restaurant can achieve a 100% score by excluding non-relevant steps.
