Create, Edit, and Assign Categories: Easily manage categories for flagged items. You can create, edit, and delete categories, and assign them to flagged items, enhancing your ability to organize and prioritize issues.

Intelligent Automation: Set up automation to flag responses based on specific conditions. For example, if a temperature check reveals that an oven is not heating to the required 450 F, the system can automatically flag this response with the category "Kitchen Equipment Not Working."

Enhanced Reporting: View and analyze flagged items by category in your reports, such as “Cleaning Issue” or “Out of Order.” This capability allows you to quickly identify and address critical operational issues more efficiently.

New Number Widget: Implement our new static Number widget across various dashboards to track counts of tasks, submissions, and other key metrics.

Detailed Duration and Score Reporting: Measure and report on average scores and durations within templates. This data is now available grouped by template, location, submitter, or date, providing you with nuanced insights into operational efficiency.

Mobile Accessibility: Access a comprehensive view of all submissions by day directly from your mobile device, complete with robust filtering options for location, template, and status, tailored to different user roles.

Cleaner Interface: We've refined the user interface by allowing you to remove the bottom bar in each template step on both mobile and web platforms. This change enhances the user experience by providing a more organized and less cluttered view, making it easier to focus on the essential elements of in-progress submissions.
