Unlimited Levels:We've introduced the ability to create subfolders within folders for documents and operations templates. Organize your templates and documents more effectively with unlimited nesting capabilities to suit your specific organizational needs.
Deeper Search Functionality:You can now search for documents and operations templates not only at the root level but also inside folders and subfolders. Our enhanced search capability ensures that you can find anything, anywhere, even if it’s nested 50 folders deep.
Improved Design and Performance:Experience a 10x improvement in speed and loading times with the revamped 'Documents' feature on mobile. This enhancement significantly improves the user experience, allowing field teams to open, edit, and manage document access instantly from the mobile app.
Simplified Project Setup:By assigning locations to teams, you can ensure that the correct location is tagged automatically when creating projects. This streamlines the scheduling process, enhances reporting accuracy, and ensures no task is overlooked.
New List View:In addition to the existing grid view, we've introduced a new list view for managing team assignments. This new option allows you to see your teams and their assigned locations in a streamlined, easy-to-read list format, enhancing your ability to manage and organize teams efficiently.
Efficient Schedule Management:Similar to location assignment for teams, we now automatically tag a user’s default location when they are added to a project. For example, if John’s default location is 'Store 102', any schedule assigned to John in a project will automatically bear this location, improving reporting capabilities, simplifying project setup and ensuring consistency.
