Enhance device sharing with Kiosk Mode, perfect for scenarios where multiple employees use a shared tablet. Here’s what Kiosk Mode offers:

Easy Activation and Secure Access: Full users/admins can activate Kiosk Mode on a device, allowing employees to log in quickly using a PIN without accessing other sensitive information.

Customizable Security Features: Include options like selfie verification upon login and redirection to specific pages for a tailored and secure user experience.

Flexible PIN Settings: Automatically generate a PIN for new users or set unique PINs manually. PINs are unique within a workspace, ensuring straightforward and secure access.

Efficient User Management: Auto-sync new users so they can use their PIN to log in immediately. Admins have the control to enable or disable Kiosk Mode and configure PIN settings directly from the web interface.

Comprehensive Activity Logs: Track all user activities with filters by location, user, and date range to maintain oversight of operations.

Selective Filtering: When a single template is selected, you now have the option to filter responses just like in a spreadsheet view.

Specific Data Point Targeting: This enhancement allows you to pinpoint specific answers, such as finding all submissions where the response to "Is the HVAC filter clean?" equals "no."

Enhanced Monitoring: Utilize this powerful tool for precise monitoring and quick actions based on specific data points within your templates.

Stay updated with real-time alerts directly through WhatsApp! This new integration allows you to receive user invites, status updates, and notifications for conditional workflows right on your mobile device.
