Enhanced Communication:Clearly indicate areas of concern in your images, providing your team with exact visual context.
Efficient Problem-Solving:Help your team understand exactly what needs to be fixed or addressed, reducing back-and-forth and speeding up resolution times.
Customizable Annotations:With options to change colors, pen widths, and transparency, your annotations can be as detailed and specific as you need.
How to Start Annotating from Camera Button
Open the Xenia Mobile Appand tap on thepurple Camera buttonat the bottom.
Name Your Issueor the Title of the Work Order for easy tracking.
After capturing your photo, click on theArrowto proceed to the annotation screen.
Start Annotating:Use your finger to circle or highlight areas directly on the image. Feel free to change thecolor,marker width, andtransparencyto make your annotations clear and impactful.
Once you're done, the annotated image is attached to your task/issue/work order to ensure everyone involved understands the issue at a glance.
