Send and manage requests with ease through a publicly accessible form. Customize your form, determine the information you need, and even use QR codes for easy access. Requesters don't need a Xenia account to submit their requests using this form.

Once a request is created via the public form, the requester will get status updates via email (if provided). The request will also be added to your Requests board to either Accept/Decline.

Whether you're pinning a location manually or letting it auto-fill, geostamping integrates seamlessly with both our web and mobile apps, providing you with precise location details in various views.

Bug Fixes

  • Problems where buttons may become unresponsive or fail to register clicks on iPad
  • Switching the iPad's orientation from Landscape to Portrait has been observed to cause the user interface to freeze
  • Certain Android devices not being able to add a Photo/Video/Attachment to a step
  • Performance & speed issues when creating a corrective task in a Submission on Mobile App
  • Delay issues with downgrading or upgrading a plan
  • Basic Users not being able to create Requests
  • Fixed contact links across the app
