Harness the power of advanced filters to scrutinize specific responses, such as identifying steps with 'Fail' or 'No' responses, or pinpointing instances where temperature readings are less than 100 degrees F. Dive into a world of enhanced efficiency and insight with this feature. Now, let’s venture into the nitty-gritty of how this transformative feature functions!

πŸ“Œ Section 1: Spreadsheet View Interface

Transition into a seamless, table-like experience with the Spreadsheet View Interface, where you can view and manage template submission tables in bulk. Here are the steps to get started:

  1. Head over to the "Operations Templates" menu item via the Left-Hand Navigation Bar.
  2. Navigate to the specific Template you want to see all submissions for by clicking on the "View" button for that Template.
  3. Click on the "Spreadsheet" tab at the top of your Template Dashboard.
  4. Use the "+ Add" button to add new submissions to the spreadsheet.
  5. Click on the "Open" button to view more details about a particular submission.
  6. You can expand this view to full screen mode by clicking on the "Expand" button.
  7. You can Download all submissions into a CSV/Excel file by clicking on the "Download" button.

πŸ’Ž Section 2: Mastering Filters

Make the most of the sophisticated filters at both the submission and response levels. Follow these guidelines:

  1. Access various filter options via the filter icon, including submission-level filters like 'Status', 'Person', and 'Date'. These filters can be set on AND vs. OR logic -- this will display submissions that meet all (AND) or some (OR) of your specified requirements.
  2. Utilize Response-level filters to scrutinize details at the step or response level
  3. Add or remove filters effortlessly using the "Remove" button and "+ Add Filter" button.

πŸ“ˆ Section 3: Spreadsheet Columns and Management

Manage your spreadsheet with optimum flexibility with these functionalities:

  1. Click on the "Columns" button to expose a list of all of your columns.
  2. You can hide, show, and re-arrange your columns using this drop down menu.

πŸ”Ž Section 4: Additional Insights

Stay informed and organized with these additional features:

  1. Note flagged responses and understand conditional logic triggers.
  2. Use tooltip icons to glean insights into conditional logic rules, such as flagging a temperature response below 150 degrees F and initiating follow-up actions.
  3. Manage template steps efficiently within the builder, with changes reflecting in the spreadsheet view.

πŸš€ Section 5: Template Builder Delete vs. Hide Step Dynamics

Ensure smooth workflow transitions with these template builder functionalities:

  1. Inside the Template Builder, you can choose to Delete or Hide a Step
  2. If you Delete a step, it will remove this column entirely from the Spreadsheet View. However, the responses will still remain with any existing submissions that were created prior to deleting this step. Any future submissions will not contain this step.
  3. If you Hide a step, this step will still preserve that column in the Spreadsheet View, however it will be hidden from the Spreadsheet View. Any future submissions will not contain this step.Β

Please note, that the Spreadsheet View is only available to Users with Template Admin access to that individual Template.
