Creating a Work Order

To create a work order or task from your desktop, click the + Add button in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen.

This will open a dialogue box where you can add:

  • Task or work order description
  • Attachments
  • Checklists
  • Categories for work types
  • Locations associated with the work order
  • An assigned user or users
  • Priority
  • Deadlines or cadences

Fill out the appropriate information for your work order and select Create Task in the lower right-hand corner of the dialogue box when you’re done.

Once your work order is created, it will show up as a line item on your task list dashboard.

Editing a Work Order

To edit a work order, select the three dots next to the work order within the task dashboard. Then select Edit from the menu that appears.
