With maintenance tasks spread across several locations and people, work order tracking can quickly spill all over the place. The work order board lets you see all your tasks in one place and customize your view to see work that's valuable for you. Let's see how.

Head to the Tasks & Work Orders dashboard from the sidebar menu and click on the List view at the top of the page.

From here, you can see all the work orders that are coming up and who they're assigned to. You can also see their status in an instant. Here's how to make the most of this view.

1. Show or hide columns

Viewing all your work order properties at once can quickly become overwhelming so Xenia lets you show or hide data as per your needs. To do so, click on the Columns button on the top-right of the view. This will show you a columns dropdown where you can show or hide columns to customize your view.

2. Apply filters

You can also filter work orders to see tasks that are more meaningful for you. Click on the Filters button to filter work orders by:

  • Priority
  • Location
  • Category
  • Assigned to
  • Type

3. Export work order reports

PDF reports often make it easy to share data and discuss with your team. To download your work order report, click on the Export button on the top-right of the work order dashboard. Then, choose your format of choice. Either:

    • Export to Excel
    • Export to PDF

5. Hide completed tasks

To focus on pending work, click on the Hide button on the top-right of your dashboard. This hides all completed tasks so you can easily tackle things still left to do.
