Request pictures or notes through checklists

You can also make it mandatory to submit pictures or additional notes against a checklist response. Each checklist response has a 'Require Image/Note' checkbox against it.

If you check this when creating or editing a checklist, you'll enable users to share either images or additional notes against a checklist response. 

To see how this is set up, let's update our 'Floor Inspection Checklist' from the Checklist module and edit it to require images/notes when responding to the 'make sure the floor is free of stains' check.
