How to Make Location Response Required in a Checklist Submission

• If your checklist is scheduled as a Project, Task, or Schedule, the Location field from the Task Form will pre-populate the Location field in the Checklist Submission.
• However, if your checklist submission is being conducted on an adhoc basis, you can choose to make this location response required

Add Location Step & Toggle ON Submission Location

• If your template is missing a Location step/field, please add it to the checklist and toggle "Submission Location" on. This way, Xenia knows what Location to tag your Checklist/Form Submissions to in the Reporting module.
