Using Teams for Work Order Distribution

You most likely have a variety of departments and teams at your company. You can reflect the same within Xenia and assign tasks to specific teams and track progress. Remember, only users within the app can be added to a team.

Here’s how you create a team in 60 seconds:

  1. Head to 'Settings' from your dashboard. Click on 'Teams'
  2. Click on ‘Create Team’ from the top-right of your screen. 
  3. In the new pop-up, set a name for your team and add members.
  4. Hit ‘Create Team’


You’re done making your first team! Now, go ahead and make a few more to begin assigning tasks to each team.
