Logging into Xenia

Once you invite a user to your workspace, they will receive an email and/or SMS text message with a link to setup their account on the Web App or Mobile App. Once their onboarding is complete, you’re ready to start setting up your team’s workflows on Xenia.

Logging in from your desktop

To get started, head to app.xenia.team or click on the ‘Login’ button from www.xenia.team. Enter your email address and password.

If you've forgotten your password, click on "No password? Get login link". We'll send you an email with a 'magic' access link to the Xenia platform.

Or you can use your phone number to log in. You'll receive an SMS one-time passcode.

Once logged in, you’ll land on your Xenia dashboard. This is where you’ll be able to see pending tasks and work orders and gain a bird’s eye view of everything the team is working on.

You can also use the sidebar to explore operations templates, chats, locations, organization, and users from within Xenia.

Logging in from your mobile device

Accessing Xenia through the mobile app is even faster. If you don’t already have the app, download it from:

• Google Play Store for Android devices
• Or scan this QR code using your Mobile phone's Camera:

Once you’ve downloaded the app, launch it, and enter your email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, click on "No password? Get login link". We'll send you an email with an access 'magic' link to the Xenia platform.

Or use your phone number to log in. You'll receive an SMS one-time passcode. You can also opt to receive your one-time passcode via WhatsApp!
