Why uses 'Sites'?
- Sites enhance Xenia's reporting capabiilities + ensure that Users are only selecting Locations where work is actually being done.
- Sites are typically used at the bottom level of a Location Hierarchy:
  - For Example:
    - Brand
      - Region
        
        District
        
        Location (Site)
- However, in Xenia you can designate any level in Location Hierarchy as the site.
