Xenia's "Tables" feature, conveniently located on the new left-hand navigation bar, offers a powerful tool for managing your submission records. This feature allows you to view your records in a full-screen spreadsheet format, simplifying the process of finding the submissions you need. In this article, we will guide you through using the "Tables" feature to seamlessly jump between different templates and find submissions faster.
Accessing the "Tables" Feature:
- To begin, log in to your Xenia account and navigate to the left-hand navigation bar.
- Click on "Operations Templates"
- A set sub-menu items will appear. Click on the "Tables" button to access the feature.
Viewing Submission Records:
Once you're in the "Tables" feature, you will see your list of templates sorted by "Last Submission Date".
- Click on a Template to jump into a full screen Spreadsheet view of all submissions / responses associated with the that Template.
