Forgot your password? Or is someone on your team having trouble accessing their Xenia account? Let's restore access.
There are two ways to reset a password in Xenia:
- Reset your own password: A user can click on the 'Forgot Password?' option on the Login screen.
- Reset a team member's password: An admin can send reset password instructions from the Users panel in Xenia.
1. Reset your own password
Head to app.xenia.team and enter your email address in the Login screen. Click on the 'Forgot Password?' option. Re-enter your email address to receive a password reset link in your inbox.
2. Reset a team member's password
If you're a Xenia admin, navigate to the 'Users' panel from the web app. This is located in the 'Settings' menu on the sidebar. Click on the three-dot menu next to the User's details and click 'Send Password Reset Instructions'. This will send a Login link to the specified user which will let them log in and create a new password.
