Checklists provide a complete guideline for frontline teams to fulfill inspections and repair work. They list out all the action items needed to complete a specific task and can also be attached with work orders to make it easier to complete them.
Users in Xenia can check off items as they go through the checklist and ensure quality.
Checklists have two key components:
- Items: these are the total action items in each template. If you’re using a floor cleaning checklist, "mopping the floor" and "placing Wet signs" would be two action items in it.
- Logs: these are the entries recorded each time a template is used again. So, if you used the floor inspection checklist four times in a month, you’ll see four logs for it saved in the Floor Inspection Checklist in your account.
